Sweet and Simple Fruit Salad
Featuring low‑fat yogurt
Prep + Cook Time:
- 2 cups low‑fat yogurt
- 1½ cups seedless grapes, rinsed and chopped
- 2 nectarines, rinsed and chopped
- 2 peaches, rinsed and chopped
- 2 apples, rinsed and chopped
Optional
- 1 (1‑ounce) package sugar‑free instant pudding mix
Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and warm water.
- In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt.
- If not using pudding mix, skip to Step 3.
- If using pudding mix, stir in 2 tablespoons of mix and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Rinse and chop the nectarines, peaches, grapes, and apples into bite‑sized pieces.
- Add all fruit to the bowl with the yogurt. Stir gently to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
